At her previous employer, Attorney Isais handled the firm’s complex naturalization cases and served as the firm’s liaison to the Los Angeles District Naturalization Office. She has successfully represented clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review in Los Angeles, El Centro, San Diego, San Pedro, Lancaster, Seattle and Dallas. She has also successfully represented clients before the United States District Courts of California as well as the Board of Immigration Review and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. The daughter of an immigrant herself, she understands the dilemma of new immigrants in the United States. Her mother, a native of Taiwan, immigrated to the United States when she married her father, a serviceman in the United States Navy who retired in 1992 as Master Chief after 30 years of service. As an Asian-American, Attorney Isais saw the difficulties encountered by both her mother and their friends in adjusting to a new country. These experiences made her decision to specialize in immigration law an easy one.
